Getting Started

To get started make sure you have signed up for an account over at ProPlaintiff.ai. Start accelerating your firm today with our 14-day free trial of ProPlaintiff's Essentials, Professional, or Enterprise-level plan. Select a plan and input payment information to get started.

Your card will not be charged until the trial date has ended, unless otherwise specified.

Pick a plan to get started, all new accounts are granted immediate access to our 14 day free trial.

What You Can Expect

Getting started with ProPlaintiff is just as easy as using any of our suite of built-in features. To view a detailed introductory video, simply navigate to your home page and above your dashboard you will see the image below. Click "show me" to watch our introductory video.

From dashboard view you can view your username, total demanded ($USD), managed cases, and files uploaded (top). Click the "show me" button on the "Get Started with ProPlaintiff.AI" banner (bottom) to view our intro video.

Features

ProPlaintiff is your hub for all you need to go from case documents to submitting the demand letter. All accounts will have access to the following features:

1. Cases

   1. Keep track of all your pending cases with our native management tool. Name your case, fill out all details, and upload and organize documents.
   2. Cases are the first step to using our suite of AI tools, start with creating a case on the case summary dashboard.
2. Documents

   1. Upload and manage your case documents. Quickly access and analyze these documents with any of our AI tools (all documents uploaded to ProPlaintiff are encrypted with HIPAA & SOC2 compliant technology)

3. Summaries

   1. Summarize documents is a feature that extracts key insights from large documents and PDFs. This feature condenses and highlights the most crucial information.

4. Demand Letters

   1. Generate customizable demand letters with our demand letter tool. Use all your compiled documentation to generate a demand letter in minutes.
5. Medical Chronology

   1. Generate medical chronology documents to quickly compile medical documents into a single cohesive document.
6. Document Review

   1. Upload documents and use the power of conversational AI to ask ProPlaintiff questions about the selected documents. Get the answers you need in seconds.
