# Summary Review

### Review Page

You can see the full summaries of your uploaded documents from the review page with a quick-select menu on the left and the summary in the center. The quick-select menu allows for seamless access to documents submitted from past sessions and the current ones.

The summary generated a detailed overview,  highlighting all the key details of the document(s) submitted. In the sample document depicted below, you can see a summary of the patient's complaints and limitations from neck pain rating to insomnia. You will then be able to format, edit, save, or download your documents from this window.
