# Add New Demand Letter

The following fields are required to create a demand letter:

* Name of demand letter
* Name of the claimant (first name and last)
* Demand amount
* Your firm's name and address \**This information is autofilled from your organization. You can change it here on a case-by-case basis.\**
* Insurance company & adjuster claim number

#### Introduction to the demand letter

The introduction to your demand letter can be fully customized to your discretion. A custom intro may be filled with dynamic fields that are determined by the information provided previously within the case you've selected such as Demand Amount, Insurance Company Name, and your Firm Name. Using the dynamic fields listed above the main text field makes future introductions faster to generate as these introductions may be saved for future use.

#### Outro to the demand letter

Similar to the custom introduction mentioned previously, the custom outro may be filled with dynamic fields that can be used to auto-populate information you previously added. Custom Outros can be reused as default outros in your future demand letters.

### Submit

At the end of the demand letter you've generated you can either reset or submit the letter for approval. *\*save draft functionality to be added in future updates\**
