# Add New Chronology

You may compile medical docments using the medical chronlogies feature.

#### Name your chronology

Add a distinguished title your chronology so you can identify it later.

#### Select Case

Choose what case you would like to add the chronology to (left) or create a new case (right)

#### Add Documents You may add multiple documents to your chronology using either previously uploaded files, new ones, or both.

Add multiple documents to your chronology using ones already uploaded (left) or uploading new documents (right). You will see the selected documents listed below the upload/document selection (bottom)

#### Submit

Either click submit to start processing your documents (right) or reset the form (left)

### Document processing Once submitted way 5-15sec for the documents to upload (times may vary depending on internet connection). Once uploaded you will see a blue check mark stating *"Chronology is still processing however, you can now safely navigate away from the page."* You will then be able to view the status of your chronology from the dashboard.

While a Chronology is pending you will be unable to open or view the chronology.
